This Giving Tuesday, Take Me Home – Advocates for Transport invites you to join our life-saving mission. Our not-for-profit organization rescues homeless dogs and cats from overcrowded shelters in rural Texas and transports them to states where their chances of finding loving forever homes are much higher.
In rural Texas, countless dogs and cats face the heartbreaking threat of euthanasia due to overcrowded shelters and limited resources. Take Me Home serves as a critical link, connecting these animals with rescue organizations and adopters in other states where there is greater demand for pets.
Since 2015, we’ve saved over 3,500 animals, giving them a fresh start and hope for a brighter future. But we can’t do it without the generosity of animal lovers like you.
Giving Tuesday: A Chance to Save Lives
On Giving Tuesday, a global day of giving, your support can directly impact the lives of animals in need. This year, we’re aiming to raise $25,000 to:
- Maintain and operate our transport vans.
- Cover veterinary costs and health certificates.
- Provide food, bedding, and supplies for safe travels.
